The Client Success Manager will own the full client on-boarding and integration process including technical integration/API connections, give consultative advice, drive successful product trials and drive customer engagement and retention. You will play a critical role as a crucial link between stakeholders both at the clients’ side and internal teams. You will build and maintain strong relationships that are key to helping clients’ progress on their onboarding and integration journey with Adgo.
A qualified candidate has experience in technical integrations, business development, Commerce and SaaS with a proven track record of discovering optimal, extensible solutions in partnership with engineers and systems architects. This person will work cross-functionally with all internal stakeholders (i.e Engineering, Design, Product Management, Sales and Marketing to ensure timely integration of a high impact product.
This role will be based in our Vietnam office.

- Take full ownership and responsibility of creating, optimising, implementing and managing the full client onboarding operation flow, process and documentation
- Develop and maintain excellent knowledge and skills for the Adgo Commerce solution, our technology, the commerce industry and social media advertising in general so that you’re constantly able to solve clients’ challenges
- Collaborate with clients and various internal stakeholders to maintain the quick feedback loop
- Leverage deep business and industry knowledge to partner with clients to help them accelerate business value and ROI from their investment with Adgo
- Help clients to onboard and leverage Adgo to transform their business, engage with their own merchants in whole new ways resulting in increased value, retention and merchant satisfaction
- Leverage our Client Success Onboarding Process and partner with client stakeholders to understand their objectives, assess their capabilities and manage their onboarding to help them accelerate achievement of their business objectives
- Own every individual client project delivery, growth, adoption, and road map with a focus on client on-boarding and integration experience
- Serve as the architect for large-scale on-boarding and integration processes
- Project management of B2B SaaS enterprise platforms or technology
- Excels at systems-level thinking
- Experience as well as a deep understanding and knowledge of e-Commerce and digital advertising
- A self starter with the mindset or, better yet, the experience of an entrepreneur who has created his or her own business
- You are driven to combine the work of managing your own customers, solving their online marketing challenges and building long-term relationships
- You have great communication skills and are able to explain complex concepts clearly and efficiently and give consultative advice to help clients grow their performance
- Analytical and data driven, comfortable with a fast paced environment and ambiguity
- Extreme focus on detail and a collaborative work style
- Credible and effective manager and coach to start and build the Client Success team
- In-depth knowledge of business processes (Sales, Marketing, Service, Support), business applications and automation
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English both oral and in writing
- At least 3 and ideally 5+ years of experience in a similar role preferably in Commerce, Adtech or Saas
- Ability to quickly grasp and distinctly explain, manage or implement technological and business concepts into our Onboarding Process
- Confident, but not arrogant, ability to move fast and drive client and Adgo business value and results
